The Service Centre specialists are constantly trained at the manufacturing factory for installation, maintenance, administration and elimination of emergencies and failures of ISKRATEL systems.
The technical assistance is provided both via remote access and with the field-trips of Company specialists to the Client's site.
The Service Centre provides repair and reconditioning services for defective equipment. It has a warehouse with all spare parts and components required for the rapid replacement and restoration of the system operability during the repair period.
LLP ISKRACOM also provides outsourcing services for maintenance of ISKRATEL switching systems.
